He is  Co-founder and President of McKinley Carter Enterprises, a real estate investment and property management company with more than $15M in residential and commercial properties under management across Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and the country of Belize. Under the Getaway Society brand, the company owns and manages a network of vacation rental homes on Martha's Vineyard, Hilton Head, Gatlinburg, Orlando, and the Pocono Mountains. He is passionate about economic empowerment, wealth creation, building businesses, and uplifting the community, while living life on his own terms.
